Hello, my name is Joanna Nicoletta. I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over 22 years in the Niagara region in a variety of settings from owning a busy clinic to working at high end spas, sport institutes and healthcare facilities. I graduates from Brock University in 1997 with My Bachelor in Physical Education. In 1998 I graduated from Kikkawa College with my Massage Therapy diploma and received my Certification from The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. This December, 2020 I am relocating my 20 year practice from Fonthill into my home located in Balckcreek/Stevensville. My home practice is a professional, peaceful, independent space that upholds the quality standards of practice from The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
The human body has always been a ‘miracle’ to me. Once I started studying the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the human body my curiosity and interest only deepened. I graduated with a general base knowledge for my profession but as I began to educate myself with more advanced courses I gained a greater understanding and repertoire of skills to treat clients. Currently I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation both Osteopathic based techniques, advanced Myofacial release and TMJ Dysfunction…….treating headaches, jaw pain, neck pain, sinus issues and digestive dysfunction but certainly not limited to these.
